Exercise Tip: Dumbbell Shoulder Press

I love to wear strapless dresses and sleeveless shirts. I work really hard on my deltoid (shoulder) muscles so they look nice and defined when wearing those clothes. Here is a great exercise demonstration on how to do the Dumbbell Shoulder Press. This is a great, easy exercise to incorporate into any workout plan. Whether you’re using 5 lb weights or 50 lb weights, you will have rockin’ shoulders in no time!
