As we approach the start of the holiday season, I wanted to highlight a few online articles from Shape Magazine. ‘Tis the season to overeat beginning with Thanksgiving. I’m not saying you need to be one of those people who doesn’t overindulge at all and eats tofu instead of turkey.     How do you stay inspired over the holidays!? I already told my husband I plan on gaining a little holiday weight. Ugh I wanna be skinny for the inlaws though!!
