Marathon Training: Days 7 & 8

It’s been a rough week given that I was out of town last weekend and working on a freelance project in addition to my full time job. But I started to get back on track this week.

Training, Day 7: Full upper and lower body strength training for 50 minutes. Talk about sore!!!!

Training, Day 8: 2.5 miles / 33 minutes It was a really great run, felt awesome afterward!
