Marathon Training: Days 30 – 32

Day 30: 1 hour boxing class for cross training
Day 31: Cottonwood Creek Trail, 7.01 miles in 1:36:58, my pace improved 32 seconds and overall time improved by 5 minutes from the last time I did 7 miles. Elevation gains of 318 feet
Day 32: Treadmill, 3 miles in 37:21, 4 sets x 5 reps of seated row, lat pull, tricep pull
