Marathon Training: Days 33 & 34

Day 33: Speed interval training. 5 minute warm-up. Six sets of 0.25 miles. 5 sets at 5.8 mph, 1 set at 6.0mph with walking cool down in between. A total of 2.59 miles in 34:30.

Day 34: Greenway Trail, 8 miles in 1:38:40 with an average pace of 12:20. Fastest time and furthest distance ever.
