Marathon Training: Days 41 – 43

Day 41: Speed training on treadmill. 6 sets x 0.25 miles plus 5 minute warm-up. Total miles: 2.64 in 35 minutes. Upper body strength training

Day 42: Full upper and lower body strength training

Day 43: Cottonwood Creek Trail, 11.02 miles in 2:48:41, one of the worst times EVER. Painful, miserable, super off run. Elevation gains of 575 feet. But I finished.
