Marathon Training: Days 44 – 46

I pushed my 13 mile long run that was supposed to be this weekend to next weekend. The day I was going to run, it was cold/snowing/raining/icy. It wasn’t going to happen.

Day 44: Treadmill, 2.5 miles, 31:26 plus upper body weights
Day 45: Treadmill, 3.02 miles, 40 min
Day 46: Treadmill, 2.02 miles, 27 minutes, plus upper body weights
