Day 53: Treadmill speed intervals, 4 x 6.0 mph, 1.75 miles 22 minutes plus upper and lower body weights
Day 54: Treadmill, 2.5 miles, 33:40 set a new PR for the mile: 11:40, previous PR 12:40
Day 55: Colfax Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, 2:57:03
