I see kids of all ages both athletes and non-athletes consuming energy drinks like Red Bull and sports drinks like Gatorade. This article explains which are healthy for kids and which should be avoided. Primarily active kids should stick with Gatorade or low-fat chocolate milk for recovery. All kids, it seems, should avoid the highly caffeinated and sugar-filled energy drinks like Monster.

    Hmm is anyone else having problems with the pictures
    on this blog loading? I’m trying to figure out if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog.
