Marathon Training: Days 68 – 74

Okay so I lost a block of about 6 weeks of recording my runs. I did them, though they short distances of 3 – 5 miles. Between my vacation and helping my folks move, I just didn’t have time to record them all. So now I’m posting the running data of last week and this week. Back on track of keeping schedule, though the day numbers really aren’t accurate!

Day 68: Treadmill, speed sprint training, upper body weights, 2.0 miles in 26 min
Day 69: Treadmill, 2.10 miles of speed sprints in 27 min plus upper body weights
Day 70: Greenway Trail, 8 miles in 1:54:14

Day 71: Treadmill, 3.0 miles speed sprints, 37:17 plus upper body weights
Day 72: Treadmill, 3.0 miles speed sprints, 37:20, plus upper body weights
Day 73: Full upper and lower body strength training
Day 74: Greenway Trail, 13 miles in 3:05:18
