    HOW’D YOU DO IT?? =D

    • Noel D. November 8, 2010 at 5:37 AM #

If you look at my first blog post you can read how I did it in detail. But basically I kept a daily food diary online and worked out starting with 3 days a week and then up to 5 days a week. Portion control and calorie counting, but still eating my favorite foods. I added some healthy habits like breakfast, a salad everyday and I cut out sodas.

HI , nice blog, my weight flactuates a lot and I am not at my healthiest now. I have been eating anything and everything. I recently read about the body shape diet which talks about the location of your fat being affected by certain glands in your body. According to this I am an adrenal body type, i.e top heavy and crave salty foods. The ovary shape craves i.e bottom heavy creamy foods , ice cream e.t.c- My question to you now is how would you describe your fat location previously versus now…I mean is the fat location still the same only that you are now smaller..tx! and do u believe in that body shape theory??

    • Noel D. January 2, 2012 at 10:58 AM #

I wouldn’t say I believe in the body shape theory in terms of what foods you crave. But, obviously body shapes are real and there’s not much you can do to reverse them. I have always carried my weight in my midsection and still do even after losing weight. Just not as much now! 🙂
